2. Data we may collect
Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company, service of interest, messages and basic technical data needed for the operation and security of the website.
3. Purposes
- Respond to inquiries and manage requests for information, advisory services, courses or other services.
- Follow up on potential commercial or pre-contractual relationships.
- When separate optional consent is provided, send news, resources, courses, events or offers.
- Protect the website and improve our services in aggregated form.
4. Legal basis
Processing may rely on the data subject's consent and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps requested by the person. Marketing consent is requested separately and is not required to receive a response.
5. Candidate data and talent database
When a person registers through “Work with us,” INSTECVIT uses the data to evaluate potential collaboration. If the person voluntarily authorizes inclusion in the talent database, the profile may be retained for up to 12 months for future opportunities. Without that additional authorization, the information will only be used for the specific application and removed or anonymized when no longer necessary.
6. Offer subscriptions
People who subscribe through the “Offers” page specifically authorize receiving courses, benefits, launches and news. This subscription is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Retention
Lead and marketing data will be retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction unless consent is withdrawn earlier or a different legal retention period applies.
8. Technology providers
The website may use hosting and form-processing providers such as Netlify. Where international processing occurs, INSTECVIT will seek to apply safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, update, deletion, objection, restriction, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent by writing to gerencia@instecvit.net.
10. Marketing communications
We will only send marketing messages if you voluntarily select the corresponding checkbox. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when our providers, processing purposes or applicable rules change.
